The app is not specifically directed to children. The applicable age rating is displayed in each store (Apple App Store / Google Play).

3. Account Access

Normic Blocks Puzzle supports:

• Google sign-in.
• Apple sign-in.
• Guest (anonymous) mode.

Login is not strictly required to play in guest mode.

4. Data We Process

• Account identifiers (internal IDs and, depending on provider, email).
• Game progress, settings, and premium status.
• In-app purchase data (subscriptions and consumables).
• Device technical data and operational logs.
• Push notification data through OneSignal, if you grant permission.
• Advertising and measurement data when AdMob ads are enabled.

5. Purposes

• Provide the service and save progress.
• Manage purchases, subscriptions, and restorations.
• Send push notifications if accepted.
• Security, fraud prevention, and support.
• Legal and tax compliance.

6. Processors and Transfers

We use providers such as Supabase and IONOS for infrastructure and technical operations, as well as Apple/Google for in-app payments, OneSignal for push notifications, and AdMob for advertising when enabled. Some providers may process data outside the EEA under applicable legal safeguards.

7. Retention

We keep account and gameplay data while the account is active. If you request account deletion, we remove associated personal data and may retain aggregated/anonymized statistical data for analytics and product improvement.

8. Your Rights and Account Deletion

You can request access, correction, or deletion by emailing info@digitaleleven.es. Our target response time is up to 30 days. Requests are currently handled via support.

9. Advertising and Tracking

The app integrates AdMob, but ad setup (personalized/non-personalized) may vary by platform, version, and applicable consent flow. This policy will be updated if advertising data processing changes.
